Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Terms

✨ Booking is simple: contact us via our website or by phone.
✨ For long-distance trips or peak season bookings, a €100 deposit is required.
✨ The remaining balance is paid in cash to your driver at the start of the trip.

🎯 Good to know: Our prices are all-inclusive, covering your driver, fuel, tolls, and parking.

2. Vehicle Selection

🔍 We always do our best to provide the vehicle you selected. If it is not available, don’t worry — we will offer a similar or even higher-category vehicle at no extra cost.

3. Service Hours & Availability

⏰ The working day ends at 7:30 PM at the latest, except for airport transfers.

⏰ For airport transfers, no stress: we adjust our schedule according to your flight, even in case of delays.

📅 For private excursions, we follow the agreed schedule. Any change of plans? Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Our Team’s Well-being

👨‍✈️ Safety comes first! Our drivers are limited to a maximum of 8 hours or 300 km of driving per day.
🛣️ For long-distance trips, we schedule breaks or provide a second driver when necessary.

5. Responsibilities

⚠️ Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. We cannot be held responsible for lost items.

🌦️ In case of exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, road closures, etc.), we will always do our best to ensure your safety and find suitable alternatives.

📋 We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance for added peace of mind.
